		Our 2013 rates start at $165 double occupancy for two or more nights weekdays. Rates vary by season along with the number of persons staying in our cottages. Please call for availability and pricing. We have discounts for multi-night stays and have off season rates. Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Please arrange in advance if you need an early or late check-in. Check-out is 11 a.m.

The entire property at Agate Hill is non-smoking.

Inquire with Innkeeper about suitability if you have children.

Pets are not allowed so that all our guests can enjoy an

allergen-free environment, nor can they stay in our

guests vehicles.

House keeping services for multi-night cottage stays, are available

at an additional charge per day.

Taxes and fees are added to all rates. All reservations require a credit card guarantee and payment in full at check-in. At certain times of the year, reservations must be paid in advance and may be non-refundable. If there is a need to cancel your reservation and we are unable to replace the booking, all nights not rebooked will be charged to your credit card. In certain situations a gift certificate for will be granted for unused nights and if we are able to replace your booking there will be a $35 transaction fee, per night, per cottage.
